Dental surgeon and practice owner
Dr. Atif Saeed
Atif Saeed is the principal dentist.
He has been at Welland Vale from 2008.
He is very gentle and has an interest in the facial aesthetics side of the business as well as being the dental implantologist.
He is a sports enthusiast and loves to play football, swimming & running. He has completed several ½ marathons including the great north run.

Dr Yusuf Haffejee
A dedicated dental professional with a career that began in 1991 and a proud record as an accredited Invisalign Provider since 2006. With a keen interest in clear aligner orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry, I offer advanced treatment options using state‐of‐the‐art technology in a modern facility.
I bring a wealth of experience to every case, whether simple or complex, including those involving teenagers. Let’s work together to create a natural, confident smile that lights up your world.

Karyn Findlay
Karyn has been a dental nurse since 2011 & has gone on to gain extra qualifications in Oral Health Education, Radiography, Orthodontic nursing and Impression taking.
She is currently a university student studying orthodontic therapy & spends most of her week training at a specialist orthodontic practice in Kettering.
In her free time she loves socialising and making memories with her son Alfy.
Dental Nurse
Emily Russell
Emily started at Welland Vale in 2021 as a receptionist before she went on to gain her dental nursing qualification in 2023. She has also since gone on to qualify in impression taking too.
Emily is a fitness enthusiast. she loves going to the gym and is currently training to become a personal trainer.
She loves going on walks and enjoys spending time with her young boy Jacob.
She is a qualified dental nurse and loves working with children

Tatiana Uncu
Tatiana is a qualified Dental Nurse with experience in the field since 2019. Originally from the Republic of Moldova, she moved to the UK and has since built a meaningful career in dentistry. In addition to her core nursing qualifications, Tatiana has also completed training in impression taking, further enhancing her clinical skills and ability to support dental procedures efficiently.
Outside of work, Tatiana is a devoted wife and loving mother of two children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family. Committed to both personal and professional development, Tatiana is passionate about continuous learning and growth in all areas of her life.
Receptionist
Mandy Goddard
Mandy has been at the practice since September 2016.
She has a real focus for administration and organisation and enjoys interacting with our patients and providing a friendly service.
Mandy enjoys spending time with her two children when she isn’t working. In her spare time she likes to unwind by going swimming, reading a good book or organising her house.
